Welcome to the personal website of Reverend Doctor Tom Simmons, husband, father, preacher, craftsman, educator, and coach to his clergy colleagues. Tom brings a unique mix of leadership, prayerfulness, knowledge, humor, creativity, and communication skills to his service at home, in the Church​, and the surrounding community.

He serves on many fronts: as Rector of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, The Priest in the Hotseat podcast, as an active volunteer leader in the community, The Sermon Coach for clergy colleagues, and as a professional woodworker, founder of Creation in Wood.

Through his distinctive journey, Tom’s mission is “to raise up Jesus Christ, above the counterfeit gods, so others can know and love him.” And with everything he touches, Tom hopes to “take what is good and make it better.” He welcomes you to see HOW…as you explore the pages that follow.
